(Boys)
Objective : Please keep in mind that our recreational program is designed to create a fun, exciting atmosphere for children to play and develop soccer skills. Cheering players and good sportsmanship is encouraged. All players shall play an equal amount of time in every game.
Team Rosters : League Commissioners will attempt to keep teams the same for the Fall / Spring seasons. However, some roster changes may be necessary at the beginning of the Spring season to ensure that teams are competitively matched with equal numbers of players. Coaches should carry player CSA Registration Forms to all practices and games. These forms contain medical release consents in case a player should require emergency treatment.
Practice & Game Fields : All fall season games will be played on Saturdays at Gurney. Practices may be held at the discretion of each Coach. Practice fields are not reserved but rather allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Chagrin High School soccer practices, CSA Travel Games and CSA Rec Games shall have priority over any practice events. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Rain Outs : In the event of rain, cold, mud or other poor weather related conditions, coaches will jointly decide whether to cancel or reschedule. Games and/or practices will end immediately if lightning is sighted.
Litter : Remember to have your players clean up all trash after every game.
Referees : One referee per field. Please address our referees with respect and refrain from any yelling or arguing. All referee rulings are final. Your leadership is appreciated.
Concessions : All proceeds go directly back into CSA. Your support is appreciated!
Trophies : No Fall Season Trophies. At the conclusion of the Spring Season, CSA will be providing individual trophies for all players in Kindergarten through 3 rd Grade.
Safety : Please drive slowly and be alert for pedestrians in the parking areas. Players should bring water to all games and practices. Shin guards are required.
THANKS to all our volunteer coaches, commissioners and parents for making CSA possible!
