On behalf of the entire board, I would like to welcome you to the new Chagrin Soccer Association website.
First let me start by thanking Bill Flaherty. Without him we would never have had a website to begin with. He has worked incredibly hard to build up the Chagrin travel program and his leadership will be missed when he retires after this Spring season. Under his supervision we went from a small travel contingency to one of the biggest and most successful travel programs in Northeast Ohio. Thank you Bill!
With the size of our travel program, coupled with the tremendous numbers in our recreation program, the need to communicate with all of our participants is greater than ever. On this new site you will be able to easily locate information related to game times, locations, field maps, special events, up to the minute weather cancellations and much more.
One big change with the new website will be online registration. We will no longer have a registration day at the high school. Effective June 1st you will be able to go on to the website and register for next year’s program. Payments will be accepted by Paypal only. All instructions for registration will be on the website under the “forms” tab.
As a side note, we will be having our first annual CSA Day at Gurney on the last day of the recreation Season, May 30th. We will begin at 10am and we will have music, grilling, an inflatable (courtesy of Otto Orf) and it will be fun for the entire family. You can see this on the new calendar function on the website and will be posted on the home page under upcoming events.
Please be patient as we continue to populate the site with all of the necessary information.
